1. Services Provided Life Coaching Energy provides life coaching and energy healing services (Reiki and Bio-Well analysis). These services are designed for personal development, stress reduction, and energetic balancing.

2. Not Medical Advice The services provided are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Paul Lowell is not a licensed medical doctor or mental health professional. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health providers with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payments & Refunds Payment is due at the time of booking or at the start of the session. All sales for completed sessions and digital products are final. Refunds for packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Confidentiality Your privacy is paramount. All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., harm to self or others).

6. Limitation of Liability By using our services, you agree that Life Coaching Energy and its practitioners are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of your participation in sessions or use of this website. You take full responsibility for your own well-being and life choices.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
